PATA training held
KATHMANDU: PATA Nepal Chapter successfully concluded a week-long human capital development (HCD) training programme on ‘SMART Practices for managing Hotels’ in Lumbini.
PATA Nepal Chapter - School of Hospitality, a wing of PATA Nepal Chapter conducted the training programme in collaboration with Nepal Tourism Board (organising partner), Buddha Maya Garden (hospitality partner) and Residency Hotel Academy (implementation partner) which witnessed an enthusiastic participation of 34 executives and staff working in 17 different hotels and restaurants in the Lumbini region, as per a media release.
The training was organised to upgrade and enhance knowledge, skills, and attitude required as a hospitality professional; building skilled, qualified and sustainable employees and executives; and maintaining consistency in quality and standards of tourism products and services in Lumbini.
