KATHMANDU, APRIL 15

The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has announced a hike in the prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene by three rupees per litre each.

The new prices will come into effect from midnight, as stated in a press note issued by the NOC today.

The decision to increase prices was made in response to the rise in petroleum prices received from the Indian Oil Corporation.

Under the new pricing structure, petrol will be priced at Rs 178 per litre, while diesel and kerosene will be sold at Rs 161 per litre.
