Responsible Business Summit kicks off
KATHMANDU: The second episode of two-day Responsible Business Summit 2017 kicked off here on Thursday.
The path breaking business summit which was first held in 2014, is conceptualised and organised by National Business Initiative, with the core objective of promoting multi-stakeholder discussion among business, government, development agencies, civil society, media and academia on CSR and showcase best practices of responsible business practices in Nepal, as per a media release.
The conference was inaugurated by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba in the presence of over 500 guest invitees and participants.
The event is being chaired by 10 international and 50 national speakers.
