Free replacements offered until August 24 at authorized service centers

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 12

Samsung Nepal has introduced the "Samsung Monsoon Camp," a seasonal customer care campaign aimed at addressing humidity and water-related damage to smartphone charging ports during the monsoon.

Running until August 24, 2025, the initiative invites all Samsung users, regardless of warranty status, to visit authorized Samsung Service Centers for free charging port replacements in case of damage. While the replacement itself will be free, customers must cover labor charges and the cost of any additional required parts.

"The monsoon often brings humidity and water-related risks that can affect smartphones, especially the charging port. Through the Samsung Monsoon Camp, we aim to provide preventive care and support, helping our users protect their phones and stay connected safely throughout the rainy season," said Rajan Bhattarai, Deputy General Manager and Head of CS at Samsung Nepal.

The services will be provided exclusively through Samsung's authorized service centers. Customers can contact Samsung Customer Care for more information and to find the nearest center.
