Samsung Nepal has announced its New Year campaign "Smart Ghar, Smart Suruwat," offering discounts, EMI plans, and bundled gifts on TVs and home appliances ahead of Nepali New Year 2083.

The scheme, running from April 1 to May 14, provides up to 25 percent off on televisions, up to 23 percent off on washing machines, and up to 17 percent off on refrigerators. The company said the campaign covers its latest Vision AI TVs and Bespoke AI home appliance lineup.

As part of the offer, customers purchasing select TV models will receive up to 12 months of NETTV subscription, while buyers of selected washing machines will get a 6 kg Surf Excel Matic detergent pack as a complimentary gift.

Samsung has also introduced a 24-month EMI facility for purchases above Rs 50,000 with a 40 percent down payment, aimed at reducing monthly installment burdens. The plan carries an additional interest rate of 7.99 percent, while a 12-month EMI option at zero percent interest is available through financing partner Hulas Finserve Hire Purchase Ltd..

Customers can also exchange old appliances through ArkoStore or authorized Samsung retail outlets across Nepal, the company said.
