Saakha and Company Pvt Ltd is launching San Storm Convertible in the market.

The first of its type being launched in the domestic market, San Storm Convertible is powered by Renault engine which creates an illusion of a sports car. The four cylinder 1.2 litre engine of the Storm boosts maximum power of 58.5 bhp and a torque of 9 kgm.

The synchromesh five forward and one reverse transmission of the Storm is manual. The full option Storm comes with leather upholstery, air conditioning, power window, power steering, keyless security system, CD and MP3 system, spoiler, fog lamps and alloy wheels. San Storm is a modestly priced roadster that has an appeal to carve out the changing taste of auto market of Nepal, claims Saakha and Company.

The amalgamation of luxury, style and power of San Storm will soon out-strips the other models, it claims, “One of the key aims to launch the San St-orm Convertible is to offer the fun of top-down motoring without sacrificing too much in terms of fuel consumption, expensive spare parts and high price tag that comes along with the fun. It will be priced at Rs 1.6 million.
