Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited (SHPC) has announced dividend to the shareholders from the FY 2077/78 on Friday.
SHPC has proposed a 10.5263 per cent dividend including 10 percent bonus share and 0.5263 per cent cash dividend payout for tax purposes.
As of Asar end (2078 BS), Sanima Mai Hydropower has a paid-up capital of Rs 280 crore as per which the bonus share amounts to 28.08 crores while the cash dividend sums up to Rs 1.47 crores.
Furthermore, the company has also announced to hold its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 28, 2021.
The company has fixed the book closure date on October 4, 2021. Those shareholders maintained before October 3, 2021 are entitled to a dividend payout and can also participate in the annual meeting.
As of writing, SHPC has an LTP of Rs 550.10.
Last year, the Hydropower company had distributed 15 per cent dividend including 10 per cent bonus shares and 5 percent cash dividends.
