KATHMANDU: South Asian Women Development Forum (SAWDF) is organising an ‘International Women Entrepreneurs Summit 2018’ here with the theme ‘Equality begins with Economic Empowerment’, scheduled from September 3 to 5.

This summit will be bringing together international delegates from 30 countries with a focus on promoting business partnership among Nepali and international women entrepreneurs. The summit will be participated by delegates from the UK, US, China, SAARC, ASEAN, EU, African and the Arab regions, as per a media release.

The deliberations will be on IT, agriculture and tourism, focusing on e-trade, trade and gender, to name a few.

Some of the speakers for the upcoming summit are representatives from Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF) - Switzerland, Trade Mark East Africa, WEConnect India, UNIDO Bahrain, UNCTAD, WTO, Parsons School of Design-USA, and SCHS Asia- China.
