KATHMANDU: Siddhartha Bank Ltd (SBL) has been honoured with the 'Best Annual Financial Report 2022' award.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal has given the best financial report in the banking sector - Gold Award - to the bank based on annual report published in financial year 2021-22, as per a press statement. SBL was honoured with the 'Best Annual Financial Report 2021' award last year as well.
The award this year was presented by Finance Minister Prakash Sharan Mahat to Sundar Prasad Kadel, chief executive officer of SBL.
The award-winning annual report of the bank will also compete for 'Best Annual Report' award organised at South Asian level by South Asian Federation of Accountants.
