KATHMANDU: Siddhartha Bank Ltd (SBL) has proposed a 4.21 per cent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2022- 23.
The bank's 418th meeting of the board of directors has proposed the cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs 14.09 billion, as per a press release. A 4.21 per cent cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 593.19 million has been proposed.
This decision is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank, after which it will be endorsed in the annual general meeting of the company.
The bank has earned a net profit of Rs 3.16 billion in the financial year 2022-23, an increase of Rs 260 million or 9.11 per cent compared to the profit of the previous year.
