Ranchi, May 14:

Residents had to purchase vegetables amid heavy security at Reliance Fresh shops following yesterday’s attacks by vegetables vendors who were opposing its entry into this segment.

The district administration has promulgated prohibitory orders in the area to prevent any untoward incident after attack on three Reliance Fresh shops.

Nearly 20 personnel of Jharkhand Armed Police (JAP), armed with batons and automatic weapons, are guarding each shop.
