Spice Nepal donates

Kathmandu, August 30:

Officials of Spice Nepal — the provider of Mero Mobile services — have donated their one day’s salary for the welfare of the flood victims of Koshi river.

The total amount — Rs 2,13,781— was handed over to Finance Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai at his office on Wednesday. “It will be deposited in the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund,” stated a press release. Coordinator of the flood relief committee for SNPL Ramesh Karmacharya along with the committee members handed over the cheque to the minister.
