KATHMANDU: Standard Chartered's global research team addressed an exclusive group of the bank's clients and dignitaries on Thursday as they presented their views at a session titled 'Global and Nepal Economic Outlook'.
The keynote address was presented by Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari, as per a media release. The programme agenda included sessions on the global economic outlook, Asia and Nepal outlook and global foreign exchange impacts with the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The team from Standard Chartered global research team included Kaushik Rudra, global head of fixed income research and head of Asia research; Saurav Anand, economist, South Asia; and Divya Devesh, head of Asia FX research.
The webinar saw attendance of more than 110 participants including the bank's clients, representatives from regulators, leading economists, heads of various International and national corporates, delegates from bilateral and multilateral development organisations, among others.
