Talent Connects, a recruiting and HR platform serving more than 300 businesses globally, has announced plans to integrate Fusemachines' AI-powered Interview Agent into its system to enhance hiring processes.
Fusemachines Inc., a provider of enterprise AI technologies, said the integration will allow Talent Connects users to access AI-driven interview assistance directly within their recruitment workflows. The tool is designed to support recruiters by suggesting relevant questions, evaluating candidate responses, scoring answers in real time, and providing overall interview assessments.
The integration aims to enable more structured, consistent, and efficient interviews, while helping hiring teams make faster and more informed decisions.
Fusemachines CEO Sameer Maskey said the collaboration would bring AI-powered intelligence into the hiring processes of hundreds of organizations. Talent Connects Managing Director Diwash Thapa said the integration aligns with the company's goal of making recruitment faster, smarter, and more effective.
Both companies said they plan to further explore additional AI capabilities to strengthen recruiting and HR functions through the partnership.
Talent Connects operates a cloud-based applicant tracking and talent management platform, with offices in Lalitpur and Wyoming, while Fusemachines provides enterprise AI solutions across multiple industries globally.
