‘Test-Drive Campaign for Education’ starts

KATHMANDU: The Tata ‘Test-Drive Campaign for Education’ officially kicked off on Sunday from the premises of Gems School in Dhapakhel and Sanepa. The campaign is being organised by Sipradi Trading, the only authorised distributor of Tata vehicles in Nepal. At the ‘Test-Drive Campaign for Education’, Tata Motors also displayed their latest cars — Tiago, Bolt and Zest — at both locations. As a socially responsible corporate, for each test-drive conducted in these schools, Tata Motors will donate Rs 500 to the school, which can be used by the school as needed for scholastic purposes or facility improvement. The school has already developed a plan to use the generated funds to benefit the needy. The programme will be conducted in more schools in the course of the forthcoming weeks. According to the company, the campaign will be organised for 10 days in the first phase and participants can test drive Tata cars from 10am to 6pm. Further programmes will be held at different locations accordingly.
