Trade delegation leaves for China

Kathmandu, May 22:

A delegation, led by secretary at the ministry of industry, commerce and supplies (MoICS) Dinesh Chandra Pyakurel today, left for China to attend the 5th West China international economic and trade fair to be held in Chengdu. He is also scheduled to hold bilateral talks on trade and investment in Lhasa, capital city of Tibet Autonomous Region of China (TARC). Discussion will be held on trade expansion by removing the difficulties in bilateral trade and increasing investment from TARC, according to the ministry. The other members of the delegation are consul general of Nepali consulate in Lhasa, president of Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC), representatives of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and Trade Promotion Centre.
