WHEELS : Chinese sports bikes launched

Kathmandu, September 6:

Panchakanya International, a subsidiary of Panchakanya Group, has recently introduced two Chinese sports bike - Fir and R2 in Nepal.

Manufactured by a leading Chinese sports bike manufacturer IPTC, Fir is a trendy sports bike equipped with 200cc water cooled four stroke one cylinder and push drive chain transmission engine.

FIR comes with a CDI ignition mode and front and rear turning lights with remote control alarm. It generates a maximum power of 11.5 KW@ 8,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 14.4Nm @ 6,000rpm.

It comes with a five gear transmission, manual clutch and double disc brake in front and singe in rear. The maximum speed of FIR is 120 km per hour.

While, R2 has also almost similar features except its engine displacement of 125cc that generates a maximum power of 8.2 KW @ 8500 rpm and a maximum torque of 9 Nm @ 7,000 rpm. The maximum speed is 90 km per hour.
