During both the meetings, the World Bank team had expressed concerns over the status of PACT funded by the World Bank and its successful conclusion.

The World Bank official suggested that works which could not be completed within next 1.5 years should not be initiated as PACT is expected to conclude in 2018.

He said the World Bank would provide every support needed to conclude the project on time.

In response, Budhathoki and Pokharel said they would pay attention to the suggestions.

Senior PACT officials were also present in both the meetings.
