KATHMANDU: Vatsal Impex, a subsidiary of the Sharda Group — Nepal’s leading group of companies — which is the official distributor for Xiaomi smartphones in Nepal, has started the sales and booking of the much awaited Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 smartphone. Redmi Note 3 has unique features like 1.8GHz Snapdragon processor, 5.5-inch Full HD screen display, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, micro SD support of up to 128GB, 16MP rear camera, 5MP front facing camera, finger print sensor chip-level security, metal body premium finish and durable 4050 mAh non-removable battery. Booking will be accepted online from Monday to Wednesday. Customers who make bookings during this period will be eligible to get back cover and tempered glass free of cost, the company said in a press statement issued on Sunday. The smartphone will be available in the market from May 8 (Sunday).
