Nepal's Health Ministry shared the latest updates on coronavirus contagion from across the country.

Till date, 2,259,045 tests through Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method have been carried out wherein 2,745 tests were performed in the last 24 hours.

At present, there are 59 people under quarantine in various facilities across the country. The number of active cases in Nepal is 1,288.

85 new cases of the coronavirus infection were registered today taking the national tally to 276,750.

As many as 93 persons earlier diagnosed with the disease have tested negative in the last 24 hours. With the recent addition, the national COVID-19 recovery tally has now reached 272,435.

Meanwhile, three fatalities were confirmed by the Ministry today, with which the country's COVID-19 death toll has reached to 3,027.

As of today, the country has witnessed 276,750 cases of the coronavirus infection while 272,435 people have recovered from the disease. Meanwhile, 3,027 COVID-19 fatalities have been confirmed.
