Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development, Prakash Man Singh, has said that the upcoming fiscal year's budget has prioritised the cleanliness of Kathmandu Valley's rivers and the development of river corridors, with a dedicated allocation of Rs 34.02 billion.
