MY ALMA MATER(S)
I completed Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from St Xavier’s College, Maitighar in 2001.
I studied Social Work.
It was a big transitional period for me.
BEST OF COLLEGE LIFE
Friends were the best part of my college life.
I used to like our field work in the final year of college — we would visit different places twice a week. Once I had to work in the Central Jail in Kathmandu as part of field work. There, I identified and gathered everyone who could play an instrument or sing. From within those inmates in the correction centre, I formed a band. So, I would get them to practice every week I went there. At the end of the year, we put up a concert inside the prison for all the prisoners and the administrative staff. The jailor at the time was invited as the chief guest.
Never take life too seriously.
WORDS TO HEED
Work hard but do find out what your real interest and passion is. Dream big, put yourself outside of the box and enjoy your life while you have age and time.
HOW TO ACE IN COLLEGE
Make friends with as many as you can. You need friends who like to have fun so that you can have fun with them. And you also need friends who are good in studies so that you can study with them and get help.
