Dancing to their heart's content

KATHMANDU: The Bachelor level students of Triton International College recently organised the annual welcome and farewell programme at Indreni Foodland Banquet hall, New Baneshwor.

The students studying in the second and third years of Bachelor’s level put forth the event — that welcomed the first year students while bid goodbye to the students who had recently completed their Bachelor’s level. In their smart attires, the students present at the event looked beautiful and dashing.

The event began formally with Dr A K Chaudhary, Chairperson of the College lighting the lamp.

Then, the presenters of the event for the day — Seema Ghale and Kumar Rai — invited all staff and teachers including Principal Madan Shakya to take their seats on the stage. It was followed by welcome and farewell speeches by the Principal, Chairperson and students.

The formal event was followed by cultural activities — dance, music, performance and more. It was the live band performance that made the audience groove to the music. Drinks and snacks were also served during the event.
