Hyatt Regency, Kathmandu has come up with another gala food festival which lets the gourment connoiseurs explore the magical taste of Thailand. Starting January 14, Rox — The Signature Restaurant at Hyatt — features a diverse range of dishes — spicy prawn soup with lemon grass, chicken in coconut soup with galingale, fried chicken with cashew nuts, fried rice noodle with prawns, to name a few. Thai cuisine is famous for the variety of flavours and tastes it offers and Thai foodlovers as well as for those who want to experiment with their dishes would be drawn.
A warm and intimate ambience created at the venue and emphasis on the authenticity of the recipes will certainly make guests relish the Thai dishes. For those who want an ‘’outdoor experience’ can choose the terrace which has a spectacular view of the garden. The sumptuous menu of Thailand is available on Fridays and Saturdays from 12: 30 pm till 3 pm. The best of wines will be available to match the unique cuisine.
