A Rad brunch

As a part of their effort to make food and beverage the familiarity trigger at Radisson Hotel, a fourth brunch party was organised at the hotel on March 10.

Various delectable Chinese, Indian and Continental culinary products were on offer, promising one and all a gastronomic delight. What’s more, the international standard brunch came at alluring rates.

People, mostly with their families, were seen having a really good time. Local Valley folks and foreigners alike, everyone was seen relishing the different varieties of food on offer. For some of the adults the children’s section proved to be more tempting and they could be seen crowding the area. An array of tantalising Indian and international desserts also promised a pleasing treat for the palate. Varieties of refreshing salads also were served.

“The year 2007 being a promotional year for Radisson, we are bombarding people with various promotional events related to food and beverage,” says assistant manager of food and beverage Bikash Sunar. “We are especially targeting family folks, and have a separate menu for children,” he adds.

“We are bent on making this branch of Radisson as good as the one in London and we are just getting started,” says a confident Pankaj Mehra, the hotel’s executive chef, who has travelled the world for more than fifteen years with his culinary genius.
