Shannon Elizabeth, best known as the hot foreign-exchange student Nadia in the American Pie franchise, is splitting from her husband, actor Joseph Reitman, after three years of marriage and a decade of dating. The couple “have mutually decided to separate,” the actress’ publicist said in a statement Monday. “The couple will remain friends.” Per People magazine, which first reported the breakup, the split was mutual and the two are still

cohabitating in their Los Angeles home.

“Neither has moved out,” Elizabeth’s rep told the magazine. Elizabeth, 31, and Reitman, 36, were spotted together as recently as Oscar weekend at Elton John’s annual post-Academy Awards fete , although the couple socialized separately, according to E! Online’s Party Girl columnist Lara Morgenson. Last weekend, Elizabeth was partying it up sans wedding ring at the third anniversary party for Light nightclub at the Bellagio Hotel, People reports. No word on when (or if) they will file a divorce petition. The couple, who married on a Mexican beach in June 2002 after 10 years together, did not have any children. But, according to People, the two will have to figure out how to divvy up their small army of pets.
