LOS ANGELES:

Popstar Britney Spears gave birth to her second child — a baby boy.

Citing a source in close contact with the 24-year-old Spears, US music channel MTV reported on September 12 the baby was brought into the world by Caesarian section at a hospital here. There was no official confirmation, but a number of other US media also picked up on the news that Spears and husband Kevin Federline, 28, had become parents once again. Their first son Sean Preston was born September 14, 2005.
