Football star David Beckham is not very happy that his children are picking up an American accent. Beckham, who is presently living in Los Angeles where he plays football for LA Galaxy, said, “They sound as if they are from London — and that is how I want them to sound — but they are getting little parts of American accent. Romeo keeps saying ‘Awesome’ a lot, ‘Awesome, awesome’.”

When asked about his underwear, he said, “Used to be boxers, but now it is Y-fronts!”

He also admitted that he gets embarrassed when he bumps into celebrities adding, “You don’t want to look but you can’t help it. I’m always star struck by famous people.” — HNS
