LONDON: Pop star Britney Spears has cancelled a planned performance with Madonna in Miami so that she can spend the run-up to the Thanksgiving holiday with her children. According to thesun.co.uk, Spears was to make a guest appearance on the final show of Madonna’s American tour November 26 but the singer has decided to put her family before her career.

Britney has been granted custody of sons Jayden Ja-mes, two, and Sean Preston, three, for the period leading up to their holiday which falls on November 27.
