Cake mixing at Yak and Yeti

Hotel Yak and Yeti has proved yet again that festivals are for celebrations and harmony. On December 11, the annual ‘Cake Mixing Ceremony’ was held which has been the hotel’s tradition since the Yak and Yeti’s opening.
The event took place in the kitchen of the hotel where most of the staff and executives from different departments participated in the event.
Ingredients like dry fruits with beer, rum, breadcrumb, black jack sauce, chopped apples, beaten eggs et cetera were mixed by all the staff to make the traditional Christmas pudding and cake.
After the cake mixing ceremony, the Ginger Bread House was set up that offers more than 40 varieties of bakery products including Yule log, X-mas pudding, wild berry cakes, rum and raisin cakes, prailens, plum pudding, marzipans, jujubes and many more, till the end of December.
