Kathmandu: At a press meet organised at the Annapurna Hotel on March 20, the Honorary Consulate of Portugal announced the beginning of Portuguese Film Festival starting March 23. The festival organised in association with the Portuguese Embassy, New Delhi will showcase three award-winning Portuguese Films .The inaugural film Vou Para Casa which will be screened on March 23 followed by the screening of Quem es tu, and Rasganco on March 24 and 25 respectively, at the Russian Culture Centre, Kamal Pokhari, Kathmandu.

The honorary consul of Portugal in Kathmandu Rajendra Khetan said, “The films will be screened with the objective of strengthening cultural ties between the two countries.”
