NEW DELHI: Talented singer Kailash Kher became a father on December 28. His wife Sheetal gave birth to their first child at the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai. “I can’t explain how I’m feeling. You have given birth to another life, it is such a great experience to have the baby in our life,” Kher, 36, who tied the knot with Sheetal February 14, 2009, said.

The singer, who is known for songs like Allah ke bande, Ya Rabba and Tu Jaane Na among others, has not yet thought of a name of his newborn son.

“My father is a very big pandit, so we will sit with him and think of a suitable

name for my son,” said a delighted Kher.
