Diaz wins topless photo case

LOS ANGELES: Actress Cameron Diaz has won her court battle to keep topless photos of her out of the public eye, said media reports. A judge awarded the vivacious actress undisclosed damages from John Rutter, the photographer who took the photos. Last year, Rutter was found guilty of forging her signature on a model release form in an attempt to blackmail her for $3.5 million. The judge has yet to rule on whether he must pay her legal costs as well. Rutter is currently serving three years and eight months in prison on these convictions.
