AIMS-Nepal turns 3
KATHMANDU: Alfa Beta’s Institute for Medical Studies (AIMS-Nepal) celebrated its third anniversary on March 29 at its new establishment at Neco Complex, Naya Baneshwor.
Students who have secured places at various medical colleges in Nepal and abroad after doing preparation courses at AIMS-Nepal were felicitated. Professor T P Thapa, assistant dean, Institute of Medicine along with principals of various medical colleges
attended.Dwiraj Sharma, managing director of AIMS-Nepal, informed about the introduction of an online test edition for students preparing for various colleges in its new website www.aims-nepal.com. It was also informed in the programme that the institute has recently launched a new software on student performance evaluation. — HNS
Schools benefited
TAPLEJUNG: Recently conducted Teaching and Learning Project has benefited 10 schools of remote part of the district. The project was organised by School Improvement Project (SIP). Each school has received Rs 2,000 from the SIP Fund ‘A’ to buy related educational materials, said Bharat Bahadur Karki, District Education Officer. — HNS
