DETROIT: Rap megastar Eminem has finalised his second divorce from the woman he married twice, a report said on December 20.

The 34-year-old, real name Marshall Mathers, on Tuesday reached an out-of-court settlement with Kimberly Mathers, who he remarried in January five years after they divorced for the first time. The couple have agreed to share custody of their 10-year-old daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, while the financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed, the Detroit Free Press reported.

The couple’s stormy relationship has been immortalised in several of Eminem’s songs and at one point the divorce proceedings had seemed poised for an acrimonious court hearing. However Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Antonio Viviano praised the couple’s conduct after concluding the case, the report said. “These people were a pleasure. They conducted themselves with dignity and respect.”
