EPS honours guests

Kathmandu, March 30:
N K Singh Memorial English Preparatory School, Minbhawan celebrated its annual cultural programme on March 30 at Royal Nepal Academy Hall, Kamladi. The chief guest of the programme was Sugahito Sujimoto, president, ACA Japan, who had travelled all the way from Japan. Dance, songs, orchestra and more were presented by the students of Minbhanwan and Lagan branches of the school. Along with Sujimoto, there were five more guests from Japan.
Pramila Singh, principal, EPS, said: “It’s a great pleasure to have orgnanised the event in honour of our guests whose immense support has been tremendously fruitful for the students of our school.” With the help of ACA Japan, the students of EPS have visited Japan twice for educational excursions in the last two years.
Earlier Sujimoto and his companions visited the school premises and participated in coffee plantation programme at Tokha VDC. Thirty students of EPS assisted the guests.
Singh also informed that the school is going to organise a science, art and craft and computer exhibition at Minbhawan and Lagan branches soon.
All the items presented during the function were prepared by the students from playgroup to senior section of the school. Bal Ram KC, district education officer, also attended.
