KATHMANDU: The bands came, strutted their stuff and the best six remain in the running

to become the champions in the ‘Sprit Band Challenge’.

According to a press release, the final showdown is scheducled for July 10 at the Jawalakhel grounds.

The judges had some words of advice for the bands making it to the finals. Anuprastha were suggested to perform some original work, while Bequeath’s cover of Pinjada Ko Suga was received well, though it was mixed reaction for Quaver’s cover of Wara Para. Satkond’s Ma Mautama received criticism on the technical aspects but their drummers act was highly praised. Smrithi performed Bhuli Deu. The bands are ready with their acts. Get ready to head bang and cheer them on.
