KATHMANDU:

The blues band of Nepal Nekhvam is back with yet another concert, and this time they will be playing for a social cause. Nekhvam Rendezvous is a side project of Nekhvam band, which has been organising and participating in programmes for the uplift of society through music. Nekhvam Rendezvous together with Centre for Cultural Studies and Volunteering Nepal in cooperation with the Filipino Society in Nepal is organising ‘Blues for a Cause’ on March 30.

The opening will be done by Resonance and folk dancers from FSN will also perform. The fund generated will be donated to the children of Bal Kalyan Kendra and five other children sponsored by CCSV-Nepal.

Blues for a Cause will be held 1905 from 5:00 pm. (Ticket Rs 399)
