Musclebound Hollywood action star Vin Diesel swaps his toughman image for a softer role in the romantic comedy Player’s Rules, Hollywood specialist Variety said on May 18. Diesel — his real name Mark Vincent — will also produce the new film, a change of pace from his long list of violent action films, including The Fast and Furious, XXX and the forthcoming Hitman.
