LONDON: 'Bleeding Love' singer Leona Lewis always packs a suitcase full of food when she is away on tour because it reminds her of home.

The 'Bleeding Love' hitmaker - who is preparing to embark on her first ever headline tour - admits she finds working outside the UK for months at a time very tough and tries to ensure she is surrounded by as many home comforts as possible.

She said: "The worst thing is missing home. Like anyone who has to travel for their work, you do get a bit homesick sometimes. So I travel with my PG Tips tea and my baked beans."

While Leona - who is vegetarian - loves taking her favourite foods away with her, she has insisted she doesn't worry about her diet or looking slim as long as she is healthy.

She added to new! magazine: "I think every woman feels under pressure to look a certain way, and women do it to other women - which seems so bizarre. I want to look good, but being healthy is my main thing. I want to promote being healthy in your own body shape.

"Growing up my mum always said, 'You're great, you're wonderful,' so I've always been pretty fine about that kind of thing."
