WASHINGTON: Martial arts star Jackie Chan insists that he is no saint, just an ordinary person. He was reacting over the hyped media attention he received over his recent drunk interruptions of a Hong Kong concert. The 52-year-old actor climbed onto the stage during a show by Taiwanese singer/songwriter Jonathan Lee and hurled insults at the audience, who were yelling for the Rush Hour star to leave the stage. When asked about the disruption, he said, “I don’t care. I’m not a saint. I’m an ordinary person.” “I was wrong. I shouldn’t play with my friendship with Jonathan in public. I apologise to Jonathan and to the audience that night,” Contactmusic quoted Chan as saying.
