Socialite heiress Paris Hilton screamed insults at Lindsay Lohan when she spotted her with her former boyfriend Stavros Niarchos.

According to pagesix.com, witnesses said that Hilton went up to Lohan and shouted: “I can’t believe you and Stavros! You are ridiculous!”

Lohan then took a little bit more of the insults and then replied: “That’s how you say hello? I don’t need to respond to you.”
