MUMBAI: Karisma Kapoor was blessed with a baby boy on March 12 at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. He is her second child. The actress, who is married to the Delhi businessman, Sanjay Kapur already has a daughter named Samaira.

Interestingly, Samaira was born on March 11, 2005 and celebrated her fifth birthday. After the birth of her daughter, there was considerable rift between her and her husband. There were reports that the couple was about to split because she made Mumbai her home and husband Sanjay stayed in Delhi. During this period there were talks about her Bollywood come back too, but nothing materialised and subsequently they patched up.

The entire Kapoor family was present at the hospital to welcome the child.
