KATHMANDU: The last Paleti session of this year will feature veteran lyricist Kiran Kharel. With songs like Himala Ko Kakh Ma Cha Saano Mero Gaun, Tara Matrai Hoina Timi Lai and Ae Door Ka Sitara Kharel has not only given invaluable contribution towards the enrichment of Nepali music he has also helped shape up the career of many singers. Kharel has worked with many generations of musicians and singers. From Ambar Gurung, Premdhoj, Manik Ratna, Tara Devi, Narayan Gopal, Shiva Shanker, Dhruba KC and Usha Mangeshkar Kharel has jotted down some heart-warming lyrics for many established personalities of music industry.

On December 26 singers Suraj and Meena will present around 16 songs written by Kharel at ‘r’-sala at nepa~laya.
