For many ladies, the weekend fun started on Thursday night itself at the Gorgeous Passion Nights at Galaxy, Everest Hotel. This is a special regular event focusing on female partygoers that was introduced on January 31.

And the passion nights could not have had a better start than this as the femmes fatale arrived on time and got right into the partyin’ mood.

DJ Payal set the tone for the night with Hip-hop, Retro and Bollywood hits. While the younger crowd enjoyed shaking a leg to the Hip-hop numbers, it was the Retro hits of Bollywood like Janu meri jaan and Wada karo that got the maximum cheers.

The floor was packed and the presence of former Miss Nepals Sitashma Chand and Sweta Singh added some oomph to the party.

As the girls enjoyed their time ‘alone’, the menfolk waited downstairs for the clock to strike 11 as they were allowed in only after that. — HNS
