Lamb with Allah’s name on coat
HEBRON, West Bank: Hundreds of Palestinians gathered to see a lamb born with what looked like “Allah” spelled out in Arabic on its coat this week.
Onlookers in the West Bank town of Hebron said on March 24 that the real significance was the fact the animal was born on March 22 — the day Israel killed Hamas leader Ahmed Yassin.
“This is clear evidence of God’s existence,” the lamb’s owner Yahya Atrash said. “It was born with the words ‘Allah’ on one side and ‘Mohammed’ on the other.” Art displayed on iceberg
COPENHAGEN, Denmark: Off the coast of western Greenland, in an area saturated by slow-moving ice floes and white icebergs, the blood red one stands out by design.
Chilean-born Danish artist Marco Evaristti used 3,000 litres of paint diluted with seawater, three fire hoses, two icebreakers and a 20-men crew to spray the chunk of ice floating in the water.
