Actress Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina fears her daughter will die if she continues smoking since she suffers from the respiratory disorder asthma. Contactmusic.com reports that Dina begs Lindsay to quit smoking cigarettes but the latter refuses to listen. Dina says: “Lindsay’s smoking. You think I like it? No. I cry to her. I told her, ‘You have to stop smoking. You have asthma. You could die.’ I can tell her, but I am her mother. Did you listen to your mother at 19?”

Lindsay had to be hospitalised in Florida on January 2 after she suffered a broken blood vessel during an asthma attack.
