Kathmandu: “Impressions”, a solo photo exhibition by freelance

photographer H Takenouchi from Japan, is on at Gallery 9, Lazimpat from 20 Feb. A total of 37 black and white photographs mostly taken during 1999 and 2001 in the villages of Nepal are being displayed at the exhibition. The price of these photographs range from Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,000. Takenouchi has been visiting Nepal regularly since 1996 and is very impressed by the rich culture, natural beauty and the wonderful people of Nepal. The exhibition will continue till 26 Feb. — HNS
