Moksh’s third anniv bash
KATHMANDU: A knock out jam session stormed a crowd of about 200 at Moksh on November 6 marking its third spectacular anniversary. An eclectic crowd had gathered before sundown to celebrate this magnificent evening.
And they had yet another reason to feel proud of! The evening was not only the professional singers but also the non-professionals, who swayed the crowd with their melodious ditties.
The celebrations that kick-started before sundown, witnessed amateur singers rollicking the crowd with their amazing gigs. From funk to progressive rock to Jazz, they’d almost mastered it all, but it was Isha Manandhar who finally managed to bag the ‘Prize of Encouragement’, that included two nights free stay at the Rhino Resort.
As the night matured, the annual bash was even more enlivened by performances from 1974 AD, JCS Trio, Mariano, among many others.
There were food stalls that wafted with the aroma of momos, sukuti, kebab and the people ducked in once in a while to make sure it tasted yummy!
