Dabur Anmol Motion Picture Award 2060 organised by Nepal 1 and sponsored by Dabur Nepal will be held on January 10 at BICC. Out of 38 pictures competing for the best picture award only 24 are nominated.

The award which makes its debut tomorrow is being presented in 26 categories and five special felicitation awards will also be given. These include lifetime achievement award, film journalism, photography, documentation and break through commercial movie award. Senior artiste Shanti Maskey will be given the lifetime achievement award.

The 26 categories include best sound, make-up, dress, cinematography, editing, story, script, dialogue, song, music, playback singers, art director, choreographer, action director, child artist, comedian, villain, new comer, supporting actor, supporting actress, director, film and actor and actress in leading role. The awards will be given to those films released till 2058 BS.

Kollywood and Bollywood artistes will perform to make the show more entertaining. Rajesh Hamal will recite a poem by litterateur Ashesh Malla. Dilip Rayamajhi with Rojina Uprety, Uttam Pradhan with Nandita, Biren with Sumina Shrestha, Sushil Chettri with Usha Poudel, Jharana Bajracharya will be performing. Bollywood actress Kashmira Shah will be presenting famous Hindi songs of 60s and 70s.
